1. Change your mind about how you feel toward him.
Monday he's the guy of your dreams. Wednesday you've decided the new guy in your maths class is the guy for you. By Friday, you've forgotten Mr. Monday's name...
2: Compare yourself to other girls.
If a guy is interested in you, he's not going to want to listen to you rattle on about how popular your best friend is or how your sister is the prettiest member of your family.
3. Base your opinions on what he thinks.
He wants to know your views on the recent school elections. Before you respond, you try to ferret out what he thinks.
4. Forget about plans you've made with him.
If you make plans to see him or call him at a specific time, don't drop the ball. If you forget, he's going to feel ignored and unimportant.
5. Sell yourself short.
You've just aced a test or made the winning point for the team you're on. When he congratulates you on a job well done, you brush it off as no big deal or give the credit to others.
6. Obsess about your weight.
He orders a mega-burger with a large order of fries and a chocolate milkshake. While picking at your green salad, no dressing, you talk about fat grams and lament about how you really want to lose weight.
7. Pretend to not know something.
You're playing Trivial Pursuit with him. You know the answer, but you decide to play dumb. There's behaviour that qualifies as dumb and then there's behaviour that qualifies as dumber. Guess which category this stunt falls into?
8. Leave all the decision-making about dates up to him.
He's tapped out for ideas. Your brilliant suggestion? "I don't know." Hello! Wake up and read the paper! Check out the movie listings and offer an idea or two. He's your date, not your personal social planner.
9. Act rude toward others.
The waitress brings you something you didn't order. You tell her she screwed up and want to talk to the manager. Slow down! Walking all over other people in an attempt to impress him isn't going to score you any points.
10. Refuse to laugh at yourself.
Your mum decides to show him some of your baby photos and you respond by stomping out of the living room in a huff? Chill out. The ability to laugh at yourself shows that you've got confidence, which is one of the most attractive qualities around. So, get some confidence ...he'll be crazy about you!
